About Jon

My life,
my work

I grew up an artist and outdoorsman. Years spent drafting homes and floor plans in precise detail, formal schooling, together with a deep love for both art and nature eventually led me to architectural photography.

After years shooting high-end residential work in Lake Tahoe, my wife and I traded the Sierra’s for the wilds of Montana to start our family. We’re proud to have built an amazing life in the last best place.

I’m a husband and father first. Life is centered around our loved ones and time outdoors. We set challenging goals and work hard to meet them. Whether hunting or training, we do it together and enjoy the successes and the failures. The experiences matter as much as the outcome.

Spending a lifetime witnessing God’s creation at its best has shaped how I see things, whether it’s a landscape at first light or a craftsman’s beautiful design.

Each project I capture represents years of hard work. I approach them the same way I approach the rest of my life, in pursuit of excellence, capturing the vision and beauty created by my clients.
